The community have many 1,2 and 3 bedroom models to choose from but they all come with open kitchens and balconies. Many homes also have controlled entry, fireplace and garage parking. In addition to the great amenities the community is also gated.
The Gates of McLean is a condominium community in McLean Virginia walking distance to the Silver Line Metro Station. I have heard parking is bad in the community, is that true?
With the metro station nearby and the awesome location parking is limited. Most units comes with 1 or 2 rserved parking spots. In addition two parking passes are provided by the condo association and allows you to park in unreserved spots on a first come first serve basis.
How close is the metro?
It is very close. It depends a bit on where you are in the community but it is what most would characterize as an easy walk.
What is the owner occupancy ratio in the community?
Historically there has been about 50% owners and 50% rental units. It varies a bit from year to year.
